I am a newlywed living in Hoboken, NJ with my husband Bobby and cat, Romo. Bobby and I were married on July 15th, 2011, truly the most amazing, heart-bursting day of my life. For all the details and fun, check out my “Wedding” page!
About Me
I always love to ask people to describe their perfect, ideal day. I think it says so much about who they are.
My perfect day involves getting in a great workout that leaves my endorphins flying high, then spending time outdoors (at the beach) laughing with my husband, family and friends. There would be lots of delicious, healthy food, and some really good, huge goblets of red wine. We’d end the night around a fire eating s’mores and having a sing-a-long to all Bruce Springsteen songs. 
Oh, and I’d be wearing a sundress, with a fresh new manicure and pedicure.

About The Blog
I was a silent reader of many blogs for a few years, and I even began one myself during the year leading up to my wedding. I loved every moment of it, and felt like I had found my passion. However, life got in the way. Between planning a wedding (pretty much a full time job), and getting ready for my first year of teaching, my blog fell to the wayside.
I love to write. I need to write. And between settling into our first year of marriage, teaching in the zoo that is my 3rd grade classroom, and keeping my body and mind healthy and fit, I have plenty of stories to share. So here it is. Another stab at a blog.

ahhh third grade! I just student taught in a third grade classroom & it was interesting, it was the first time I had taught above first grade .. I still think my heart lies with the younger crowd, but I did enjoy my time in third grade & i’m excited to finish my Master’s and see where I end up – can’t wait to read more about your experiences!!

You look so pretty in your wedding photo! And I think it’s awesome that you teach 3rd graders! I seriously love love 3rd-4th graders because they’re still innocent, yet have lots of critical thinking skills. And they’re so fun!
I used to work with child who had Autism, and I’d be at school with him from 3rd-4th.
